Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre in State Bank of India. Candidates can apply
for vacancies in one State only. Candidates can appear for the test only once under this recruitment project. The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State, should be
proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State/UT/Special area (mentioned in the under given vacancy table against each state).

Eligibility Criteria of SBI Junior Associate Recruitment
Educational Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government. Those who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 16th August 2021.
Age
Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2021, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1993 and not later than 01.04.2001 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for PwD candidates.
Selection procedure
The selection process will consist of two parts-
Online test: Preliminary & Main exam
Test of specified opted local language
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Online Preliminary Exam consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows:
English Language: 30 questions, 30 marks, 20 mins
Numerical Ability: 35 questions, 35 marks, 20 mins
Reasoning Ability: 35 questions, 35 marks, 20 mins
Phase – II: Main Examination: Online Main Exam would be as follows: General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude.
Test of specified opted local language: Those who qualify for selection and produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be subjected to any Language test. In case of others (qualified for selection), specified opted local language test will be conducted after provisional selection but before joining. Candidates not found proficient in specified opted local language would be disqualified.
Final selection will be subject to-
i. Verification of eligibility for the post and information furnished in the online application.
ii. Qualifying in test of specified opted local language, where applicable, as detailed above.
Application fee
The candidate has to pay the amount in the form of application fee. Candidates are able to pay their application fee through online mode. The applicable fee details are given below.
- SC/ST/PWD: Nil (Exempted from fee).
- Others: Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven hundred Fifty only)
